The Miele Class Acts cookery classes, running from Thursday April 26 – Wednesday May 2, are an intrinsic part of this year’s Tasting Australia festival and a rare chance for food lovers to enjoy an intimate cookery experience with some of the best in the business.
The 2012 Tasting Australia festival program and website were launched on the 16th of February with South Australian food icon Simon Bryant and Tasting Australia Festival Director Ian Parmenter cooking up a storm in the Adelaide Central Market.
