North Adelaide’s main streets will undergo significant upgrades over the next 12 months, including a major project to address a long-standing flooding concern along one main road.
Traffic restrictions will be in place from 7am on Sunday 24 August until Thursday 28 August at 6am on the eastern side of Pulteney Street between Rundle and Grenfell Streets to allow for important road resurfacing in the area.
Road works at the beginning of Anzac Highway to reinstate the median will commence on Saturday 23rd February and will involve the complete closure of the lanes either side of the median for the duration of the works.
Road works at the beginning of Anzac Highway to remove the median, in preparation for night works later in the month, will commence on 8th October 2012.
Grenfell Street between Frome Street and Pulteney Street will be resurfaced next week. Frome Street (from Rundle St. to Pirie St.) will be closed on Sunday 29th January from 5pm to 4am.
King William Street between Sir Edwin Smith Ave and Kermode Street will be resurfaced starting on Sunday 23 October to Friday 4th November.
