If you love Sondheim and Sweeney Todd, and even if you do not, you will not want to miss this outstanding production but, as I keep warning people in vain, book now before the word gets around and the tickets all go.
The piece is based around the residents of three adjacent houses and there is no faulting the marvellously high quality musical side of this production.
The show is thick with musical and textual references, hilariously parodying the original songs and shows. Everybody will find this extremely funny.
This is an exceptional production, one of the finest pieces of musical theatre that I have seen in a long while, and it is most certainly well-deserving of full houses at every performance. If you are planning to see this show, and you definitely should be, don’t wait too long to get your tickets.
