Take A Trip To Spain With This Spanish FEAST At The National Wine Centre

This Winter, the renowned Adelaide venue is hosting a multitude of dinners (and a brunch) set to take punters on a tour around Europe (airfares aside).

Ever wanted to visit Spain? This may be your chance. Well, sort of.

Welcome to the Spanish Bull, the first of the National Wine Centre’s European series of dinners.

This Winter, the renowned Adelaide venue is hosting a multitude of dinners (and a brunch) set to take punters on a tour around Europe (airfares aside).

The Spanish Bull will see Executive Chef Steve Clark and Head Sommelier James Boden put on a Spanish-inspired feast, matched with Spanish varietals that have found a home right here in Australia.

Imagine the distinctive sound of the flamenco accompanied by a glass of Cava or a Spanish beer, followed by a seated, four-course feast. Sounds pretty perfecto.

If you’re anything like us, you’re probably keen to hear what’s on the menu. Look forward to Pulpo a la Gallega (Octopus from the north-western region of Spain), succulent whole-roasted pork, Chuleton de Buey (beef), and a selection of fine Spanish cheese to finish.

Throughout the evening, James Boden will enlighten, entertain, and guide punters through eight fantastic Spanish varietals, as well as the Australian wineries that now champion these grapes.

Featuring food, fun, and fabulous wines, the Spanish Bull is shaping up to be an event to remember.

Grab your tickets here.
