Take on Adelaide’s Newest Challenge at the Danger Close Gel Ball Arena

You’ve conquered paintball, defeated your mates in laser-tag and claimed victory at one of the many escape rooms, but now it is time to test out Adelaide’s Gel Blaster Arena.

You’ve conquered paintball, defeated your mates in laser-tag and claimed victory at one of the many escape rooms, but now it is time to test out how good your motor skills are with Adelaide’s newest indoor Gel Blaster field located in Clovelly Park.

Opening just in time for school holidays, Danger Close Gel Ball Arena is the latest craze taking over Adelaide. Housing over 1000m² of dynamic indoor operational space for you to subject yourself to tactical missions with friends and/or frenemies.

Think paintball without the paint, or laser tag but with battery-powered gel blasters. The arena allows groups of 6 to 16 people to play against each other to complete different goals.

Fear not mum, as the arena supplies all guests with protective gear and organisers say the pain is minimal. The gel balls are pea sided, and mostly water based, and dissolve on impact.

Sessions go for 2 hours and start at $20 per person if bringing your own equipment, or $50 per person if you need to hire a Gel Blaster.

You can also book the space out for a private event for you and 5 others.

Address | 5 Drury Terrace, Clovelly Park
