The Australian and Tasmanian government is offering vouchers to residents in SA, WA and QLD to boost travel during the months of November and December!
The Tasmanian Holiday Voucher program will see recipients receive a voucher of $300 to use during their travel; $200 for accommodation, and $100 towards attractions or tours.
The Australian and Tasmanian Governments have said there are up to 10,000 vouchers on offer. The vouchers will be issued via a ballot, with successful recipients booking their travel and redeeming the voucher discount through a Holiday Voucher online marketplace.
Here’s everything you need to know:
The ballot opens from 9:00am on Friday, 29 October 2021 with up to 10,000 vouchers available for residents 18 years and over. The ballot will close at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 2 November 2021.
The vouchers are valued at $300, with $200 for accommodation and $100 for tours and attractions. The vouchers must be redeemed and used for travel between 4 November and 31 December 2021.
All winners will be chosen at random and contacted via SMS and email by Wednesday, 3 November, and all accommodation, tours and attractions will be booked on the Discover Tasmania online marketplace.
