Taste an iconic tawny from the Seppeltsfield Wines range at an exclusive dining experience

Hosted by Charlie Seppelt at ORSO, enjoy a 5-course meal with paired wines including the iconic Seppeltsfield 1922 100-Year-Old Para Vintage Tawny.

There’s nothing quite like when two iconic South Australian names come together so you can imagine our excitement when we heard that for one night only, Seppeltsfield Wines and ORSO are teaming up for an evening of culinary indulgence.

Co-hosted by Seppeltsfield’s Senior Winemaker and fifth-generation Seppelt family, Charlie Seppelt and ORSO Head Chef, George Hart, this 5-course dining experience includes a carefully curated and seasonal menu, paired with perfectly matched wines from Seppeltsfield.

But this isn’t just another wine and food pairing. Diners will also be given the rare opportunity to try a bucket list wine from the iconic Seppeltsfield Centennial Cellar, the 1922 100-Year-Old Para Vintage Tawny.

This is the 45th consecutive release of a 100-Year-Old wine from the historic 1878 Centennial Cellar, with the highly-rated tawny seeing 100 Summers and Winters maturing in oak to create the distinguished, intense flavour. Seppeltsfield is the only winery in the world to continue to release a 100-Year-Old wine each year.

This special wine and food experience will be hosted at ORSO in Rose Park – an Italian, bistro-style created by Adelaide Restauranteur Andre Ursini of MasterChef fame. The stunning bluestone building has been beautifully restored and works as the perfect setting for a night of fine dining.
