Tastes of The Outback 2010

Delight your senses with a smorgasbord of events and activities during Tastes of the Outback 2010. Each April, the Flinders Ranges and Outback provides the stunning backdrop for 10 days of festivities. Jazz, world music, opera and top country music acts are just some of the highlights. Growing in popularity every year, Tastes of the Outback showcases the best of the region – from Melrose in the south to Innamincka and Coober Pedy in the north.
South Australia’s Flinders Ranges and Outback region will be a hub of world-class entertainment offering fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Events of this popular festival include live music, a black tie dinner dance, a celebration of regional food and wine, our famous heritage railway, the delights of the Cooper Creek, sunset walks, hands on workshops, a gourmet barbecue and produce market, open air cinema, a gulf cruise and a quirky underground town.
