The annual Tea Tree Gully Makers Market will be held this Saturday, 10 April, at a brand-new venue at the Golden Grove Arts Centre from 10am to 3pm.
The markets are the perfect occasion to gather your friends or family (or both) and support the endless options available from local small businesses.
With 40 stalls, the indoor market offers a range of unique bits and bobs, art, homewares, and it’s the perfect place to find a unique gift handcrafted by talented locals.
The markets will see Adelaide-based vendors such as Ceramic Republic, offering unique clay and ceramic jewellery as well as handletterer and watercolour artist, Inspired Creations, who creates the most stunning greeting cards.

Market goers will also be able to nibble on delicious baked goods while they wander the grounds, with a coffee van for that early morning fix and a BBQ by the Tea Tree Gully Men’s Shed to fuel your shopping day.
In addition to the wonderful finds at the market, local Repair Cafe – a community initiative aimed at diverting household items from going to landfill – will also be present on the day and offer a ‘let us try and fix it first’ policy on any electronics, shoes, clothing and furniture.
The Tea Tree Gully Makers Market will also make its return on 31 July for the Winter Warmers Market, and again on 31 November for the Gift Market.
