After a year-long stint in the old Beaurepaires along The Parade in Norwood, Tell Henry Owners Brad Bonor and Sharon Mackay have found a long-term spot back in their original neighbourhood Kent Town.

After starting out in a fitted-out old garage shop, Owner Brad described the new space as “a more refined look for us. We had the initial bones of Greenaway Gallery, which was there previously, giving us lots of great features to work with.”

In saying that, the space has still undergone a hands-on renovation, and the new fresh fit-out was brought to life in collaboration with the architectural team at Skein led by Tim Martin and Steve Hooper.

Although they’ve switched up the location, the iconic menu remains, with classic favourites like the Reuben sourdough sandwich and the mouthwatering chipotle chicken toasty, you can’t go wrong.

When it comes to the coffee, the team is better prepared than ever to handle the busy morning rush in a venue designed for hospitality, you’re guaranteed to leave satisfied.

Opening week was a hit according to Brad. He thought it would take a while for people to find their new home, but the same thriving community of regulars from both Kent Town and Norwood have been onsite every day ready for a coffee and chat.

The new space is nestled between a “cluster of shops with all like-minded people in creative industries and small businesses”, Mackay explains. It truly is the perfect location for the forever-trending coffee shop.

The space has lots of outside seating, where you’ll take in the sunlight whilst you sip down your coffee.

When talking about the move, Mackay says, “we love Kent Town and we’re happy to be back in our old hood” and luckily for us, the couple intends to stay put in Kent Town for as long as they can.

You can visit Tell Henry to check out the new spot at 39 Rundle St Kent Town 5067.
