Templewood House, the beautiful private wedding and accommodation venue, is opening its doors to the public for a special occasion—the Adelaide Hills Winter Reds event.
Templewood House is thrilled to be hosting Kersbrook Hill Wines, a premium Adelaide Hills label, at its breathtaking venue.
The beautiful, heritage lodge, very rarely open to the public, with its classic veranda and gardens, will host A Splash of Shiraz with the theme ‘Fire & Feast’ promising an unforgettable experience for attendees.
Guests can spend the entire day at the event, as Templewood House has a lineup of top-notch local musicians performing both days. On Saturday, there will be live soul and funk tunes by diva Emma Gordon-Smith and Empire featuring some classic tribute songs to Tina Turner.
On Sunday, fresh from her national tour with Michael Bublé, the amazing Leah Zweck on strings will be joined by Mason Lloyde on guitar who is also one of Adelaide’s finest vocalists. Their unique take will cover everything from Elvis to Harry Styles.
The extensive selection of wines from Kersbrook Hill includes sparkling, white, rosé, red, and fortified options. Wine enthusiasts can also participate in masterclasses with Kersbrook Hill’s winemaker.
Renowned local eatery Fine & Fettle will be offering a variety of delectable food options, including desserts, vegetarian dishes, and gluten-free choices. For coffee lovers, The Happy Sheep Roaming Café will provide locally roasted Might Mighty Coffee. Attendees can capture memories in the photo booth by Lover Booth and engage in outdoor games while taking in the stunning surroundings.
Templewood House assures guests that they will have a cozy and comfortable experience, with indoor and outdoor log fires and undercover spaces available. So rainy weather won’t be an issue. Taxis and rideshare services, such as Ubers, can conveniently drop off and pick up guests at the venue.
The Winter Reds event at Templewood House is a ticketed affair, and tickets are limited. The Templewood Ticket, priced at $55 per person, includes venue entry, a wood oven pizza or porchetta roll with rosemary potatoes and salad, an Adelaide Hills Riedel souvenir wine glass, and a glass of Kersbrook Hill Shiraz or other premium wine.
For a VIP experience, the VIP Ticket is available at $65 per person, offering additional benefits such as access to a tasting and masterclass with Kersbrook Hill’s winemaker.
