South Australia’s longest running charitable service provider, Can:Do 4Kids, is hosting their annual Dinner in the Dark event later this year.
The Dinner in the Dark event is their most popular annual event, and has been running for a full ten years. It’s a world where your notion of taste and smell are tested. And it’s all for a good cause.
You’ll be able to indulge in a mystery three-course menu combining innovative textures and flavours that seek to ignite the senses. Each table will be hosted by a local winery brand ambassador, expertly pairing their unique wine to each course and guiding guests through the blindfolded dining experience.
This year’s theme? Opulence; which means it is sure to be a night to remember.
Glenn Harris, from JustLuxe, says that the experience accentuates the senses of taste and smell.
“It also truly helped all empathise with how those who have lost their sight must navigate in a world made for the sighted. The meal was exquisite and paired with exceptional region wines by the winemakers who joined each table.”
