The Udder Delights’ Great Big Easter Cheese Giveaway pack!
Every Christmas, Udder Delights holds a Great Big Christmas Cheese Giveaway, which this year was unfortunately cancelled due to the bushfires.
The Great Big Cheese Giveaway is still going ahead, just a little later than planned and a little differently than previous years.
This time, the way you collect your cheese pack is going to be different. You can still pick up in-store (with social distance practices in place, of course), but Udder Delights are offering a drive by option.
Not only can you nab yourself a glorious cheese pack this year, but there are also a limited number of Platter Packs and an Adelaide Hills Wine add-on!
Cheese Pack
This pack has $65 worth of cheese in it. You pay $35 (or less than $4.40 per cheese) and you get the rest for free. It features:
- 2 x Cremeux Double Cream Brie 200g
- 1 x Cremeuz Camembert 200g
- 1 x Cremeaux Brie 200g
- 1 x Udder Delights Goat Curd 200g
- 2 x Udder Delights Chevre 150g
- 1 x Udder Delights Mature Cheddar 180g
Platter Pack (Optional Extra)
This pack has a selection of items that would have been served on an Udder Delights in-store platter, and costs $16 as an add on. It includes:
- 100g Skara Smoked Round Ham
- 100g Skara Hungarian Salami
- 200g Haloumi
- 150g Baylies Handmade Crackers
Adelaide Hills Wines (Optional Extra)
Udder Delights have put together a selection of wines that they have been serving in store and selling them for $20 a bottle in an effort to support Adelaide Hills winemakers as well. Wines include:
- Artwine Prosecco 2017
- Chain of Ponds Black Thursday Sauvignon Blanc 2019
- Chain of Ponds Innocence Pinot Noir Rose 2019
- Paracombe Chardonnay 2019
- Paracombe Rueben 2014
If you want to get your hands on a lovely Cheese Pack or more, you need to order and pay for it online. You can do so at udderdelights.com.au/buy. (Please note there is a small booking fee of less than $1 per pack charged by the online booking service provider.)
Pick Up Details
While you can order your packs now, pick up will be on Saturday 4 April from the Udder Delights Cheese Cellar at 91a Main Street, Hahndorf. If many people purchase a pack, Sunday 5 April may also become a pick up day.
The Udder Delights team will monitor the orders as they come in and will let you know closer to the date whether they’ve allocated you to a Saturday or Sunday pick up.
You will also receive a road map for how to drive by the cellar.
