Grand Final Day Oct 3. Wow. It really snuck up on us this year didn’t it? Even if you’re not a supporter it would be unAustralian not to watch. We recommend firing up the barbie or better yet getting along to a beer garden where you don’t have to lift a finger. The Highway’s Lounge and Deck bar is the perfect spot. Gates open at 11am but there are no reservations, so make sure you arrive early for a table! Or if you’re a passionate supporter and feeling fancy you could attend their function room party. Hosted by Fresh 92.7, your all-inclusive ticket will get you a 2 course lunch, afternoon tea and beverages. If you can’t make it to the MCG, this is the next best thing. Find out more here.

Looking for something to do in the city? Why not head to the Adelaide Casino’s Grandstand Bar? With the Night Noodle Markets on their doorstep and temperatures set to rise, you could make a day/night of it. All of the action will be shown on their big screen, with $5 pints and $20 jugs of Carlton Draught all day. Yes, all day!
