Mitchell Wine Dinner
Thursday 6 August

This event is for those who want to be wined and dined. Featuring the award-winning Mitchell Wines from the Clare Valley, guests will enjoy an impeccable 4-course tasting menu with wine pairing.
Hosted by Andrew Mitchell and Angus Mitchell, the pair will take your tastebuds on a journey of discovery, pairing their best wines with the likes of scallop ceviche, smoked kangaroo and beef cheeks.
Guests will also try a side-by-side tasting of the wineries latest releases compared to their back vintages. You’ll get to see how the flavours of their Riesling, Shiraz and Cab Sauvignon have intensified over the years.

SA Wine Showcase

Need more proof on how good South Australian wine is, then why not head to the Arkaba’s annual SA Wine Showcase. Experience some of the delicious and diverse wines produced in our glorious state.
On the day there will be over 100 South Australian wines to taste. Guest’s will be able to cast their vote on what their favourite drop is for their chance to win some awesome prizes.
There will also be some groovy tunes playing as you swirl and spit your Chardonnay. Good tunes, great wine, what more can you ask for?
Your ticket will get you entry, a tasting glass to enjoy your FREE tastings, and an individual cheese box.

14th Annual Beer and Cider Fest

Join the Arkaba for their 14th annual Beer and Cider Fest, it’s sure to be one to remember.
There will be over 80 beer and ciders to try, as well as the chance to win prizes, live music and partake in an exclusive crafty (get it, craft beer) masterclass.
What goes best with beer and cider? Street food of course, and there will be tonnes of it to sink your teeth into on the day.
Tickets will get you a tasting stein and access to all of the magnificent tastings.

Hook and Vine – Tasting Australia at the Arkaba
Thursday 15 October
$150 per person
Featuring an all-star line-up of South Australian seafood and wine, Hook and Vine is an Arkaba Hotel event in partnership with Oatley Fine Wine Merchants and Tasting Australia.
Join head chef Anthony Donehue for a night of pure indulgence as he presents a stellar 10-course degustation of Coffin Bay oysters, Spencer Gulf prawns, South Australian blue swimmer crabs and Kingfish (just to name a few).
Each of the 10 courses has been expertly paired with some of South Australia’s best wines from wineries such as the Barossa’s Hentley Farm, Adelaide Hills estate The Lane, the Clare Valley’s Pikes, McLaren Vale winery Gemtree and Langhorne Creek label Bremerton.
There will be guest appearances from Hentley Farm and The Lane to discuss all things wine, winemaking and tasting notes.
This decadent experience is an opportunity for you to marvel in the wonder of the great produce we have here in South Australia.
