Barossa Gourmet Weekend’s Three Day Program Showcases The Best Of Barossa Food & Wine

Barossa Gourmet Weekend returns this spring (September 6-8) and you’re invited to indulge in some of the Barossa’s finest wine, food and experiences, over three incredible days.

Showcasing the region’s authentic regional food of provenance and world-class wines, the 2019 Barossa Gourmet Weekend invites you to discover something new with 28 events, including 13 Gourmet Trail events.

From generous breakfasts of sweet and savoury favourites and wine masterclasses, to comedy acts in the vines and indulgent spring dinners and long lunches, Barossa Gourmet Weekend is perfect for wine enthusiasts, foodies and families wanting to discover the Barossa.

Choose from exclusive, intimate, ticketed events that give you a front stage pass to some of the best wine and food experiences on offer, or hit the Gourmet Trail and make your way around the region to soak up wine, food and entertainment across different venues.

The three-day program is filled with sumptuous events hosted by Murray Street Vineyards, Kalleske Wines, Jacob’s Creek, The Greenock, Lyndoch Hill, Bethany Wines, Gomersal Wines, Barossa Visitor Centre, Chateau Yaldara, Gibson Wines, Pindarie, Pewsey Vale Vineyard, Kellermeister, Whistler Wines, Kies Family Wines, El Estanco & Yalumba, Thorn-Clarke Wines, Seppeltsfield, Wolf Blass/Saltram and Pepperjack Wines, Calabria Family Wines Barossa, Ubertas Wines, Chateau Tanunda, Rieslingfreak, Kaesler Wines and Barossa Chateau.

Barossa Gourmet Weekend Creative Producer, Sam Wright, said the 28 strong events really showcase the best of the Barossa, with food and wine as the ultimate heroes.

“Barossans are a generous bunch, known for their incredible hospitality. This is our chance to share the best of the Barossa with you. From incredible food, great wine and good times, it’s a weekend designed to deliver unique and memorable experiences that will keep you coming back for more,” said Sam.
