Calling all gin lovers, we have some brilliant news! A new gin has arrived thanks to the Barossa Distilling Company. But, you better get in quick if you want to try it… this one is limited edition.
This Barrel Aged Gin has been aged in an Oak barrel that had previously held Shiraz and then Tawny Port from one of Barossa’s finest producers. The barrel used to make the gin was one of a bunch of barrels that was re-sized and re-charged by a Barossa Cooper to age their Whiskey. The result is a soft and complex tasting spirit, with characteristics of a Speyside Style single malt…yet still very much a Gin.
So get your dash of dry ginger and squeeze of fresh lime ready (or just some ice), and have a taste of this gorgeous new gin. With only 190 bottles available for tasting and sale at The Distillery, and only 89 of those available online… there is more reason that ever to get a move-on for this one!
