Adelaide Fringe

The BEST of the BIGGEST Fringe Festival

Adelaide Fringe artists came and conquered this month with a plethora of acts that enchanted, entertained, challenged and sometimes just weirded out Fringe-hungry audiences.

AwardTo celebrate their successes, the Adelaide Fringelast night threw a huge party and gave out a bunch of gold stars to the cream of the event’s program.

The Adelaide Fringe Awards were judged by a panel of unbiased experts who volunteered before the Adelaide Fringe even started. They had the satisfying – and time consuming – task of collectively watching the entire program to make informed decisions on the best acts.

Winning artists received space-age statuettes and prizes including: part of $10,000 in cash provided by Bank SA; Adelaide Festival Centre rehearsal time; and $2000 in cash provided by the Svigos family.
