The Café That Will Have You Saying ‘Holy Mother Of Bagels!’

There’s a new bagel joint on the block, and it looks mouth-wateringly good.

Care for a bagel with your morning coffee? Well, thanks to Sibling chef Aaron Caporn, it’s never been so easy.

Sibling opened its doors in June 2018, the brainchild of Caitlin Duff and Nathaniel Morse, providing customers with amazing coffee and soulful food created with locally-sourced produce.

As with many cafés and restaurants, they have recently struggled through a storm of restrictions. Now, they’re emerging from the other side, and thanks to chef Caporn, it’s with bagels.

Caporn has launched his business ‘Holy Mother of Bagels’, where he creates old-school, barley-malt-boiled sourdough bagels. Whilst a retail order system is currently in the works, you can grab yours now from Sibling.

There are a variety of delicious options to try, including cream cheese, avocado and lemon, and fried egg, mayo and onion jam. Or, you can just opt for plain, and enjoy the doughy goodness on its own.

You can find Sibling at 96 Gilles St, Adelaide.
