The Cannoli Box Co., a company born out of a family fruit and veg shop has very quickly formed a life of its own with cafes, online sales, and now, the newest venture which has opened in prospect.
When owners, John Paul Romeo and Liana Baldasso, came across a vacant space on Churchill Road, conveniently placed next to a new playground, they knew it would be the perfect location for the new shopfront.
This new Prospect store is now the home of operations.
At a perfect distance from their majority eastern and western customers, it’s where you’ll be able to pick up your cannoli boxes from.
That’s not to say that their Port Wakefield Road store is closing doors, customers can still head there for their cannoli fix.
The new space has also introduced a new model for The Cannoli Box Co.; to ensure your cannolis are as fresh as can be, they’ll be piped right in front of you as you’ve ordered.
The cannolis are showcased on their cabinet and customers can choose from the flavour menu to personalise their box.
The venue fits around 25 to 26 with John Paul and Liana looking into outdoor seating options in the future.
Alongside the abundance of cannolis; cakes, coffee, fresh juice, milkshakes, and gelati will also be on the menu.
