Sample the best of the Clare Valley in Adelaide for the popular Pop Up event, Clare Valley on Leigh Street, on Friday 5 May 2017 from 4.30pm- 7.30pm.
Twenty two wineries will showcase new vintage varieties, flagship wines and iconic Clare Valley Rieslings at the must-see event. There will also be information and offers on the upcoming 2017 Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend to be held from 19-22 May.
Chair of the Clare Valley Winemakers Incorporated Andrew Pike said this will be a unique opportunity for the country to come to the city for one night.
“We want to showcase the Clare Valley region and the representing individual wine brands,” he said. “What better place to do this than in the heart of Adelaide on Leigh Street, which will be transformed for one night into a wine lover’s laneway.”
“We also see this as a great opportunity to share information on the upcoming 2017 Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend and encourage customers to jump on board our regional food and wine festival and head to Clare in May,” he said.
Clare Valley Winemakers Incorporated Executive Officer Tania Matz said the Clare Valley on Leigh Street, will be a fabulous evening.
“The event will kick off at 4.30pm, so city workers can come straight after work, or grab a drink before dinner,” she said.
