The Collins Bar will once again back local South Australian designers with an exclusive limited edition Cocktail Collection for Honda as they Present: A Night of Fashion At The Art Gallery and Adelaide Fashion Festival.
Paolo Sebastian, TY-LR, ACLER, Keepsake the Label, C/MEO COLLECTIVE and CASPER+PEARL will have their very own designer cocktail featured on The Collins Bar cocktail menu.

This year, the collection takes a unique turn with each designer customising their cocktail with its key tasting notes. Base spirits, floral infusions, spices and fruit combinations all play into designing the signature cocktail collection.

The Collins Bar Manager, Mark Sinclair said the cocktails are being created with individual tastes and personalities in mind.

“Having the local designers involved in creating their cocktails means each cocktail will have varying influences and flavour profiles,” Mark said.

The Collins Bar are also giving away VIP front row tickets to the exclusive Australian Fashion Labels Runway Show and A Night Of Fashion, both events part of the 2015 Adelaide Fashion Festival. The competition will be run via their Instagram page @TheCollinsBar.

The fun will continue for The Collins Bar later in October when it again partners with A Night of Fashion as the “official cocktail bar” for the third consecutive year. Two cocktails will be created exclusively for ANOF, served only at the event on Saturday, 24th October. The Collins Bar is also the official after party venue for ANOF.
