The Coopers Session Ale is getting a facelift this summer

Renowned for making famous ales since 1862, Coopers is here with another exciting craft beer launch.

Cooper Brewery is tapping into the nation’s love affair with the sun, surf, laid back music and great tasting beer, releasing Pacific Pale Ale in time for summer.

Their existing Session Ale will be renamed and rebranded to Pacific Pale Ale and the newly launched cans will be available from late October.

This new look for the beer is designed to attract those looking for a summer-styled beer and it’s expected to stand out better in the expanding craft beer category.

“Pacific Pale has become identifiable with a style reflecting refreshment, flavour and fruitiness and is already popular among craft beer enthusiasts in Australia”, says Cam Pearce, Coopers Marketing and Innovation Director.

It is a refreshing naturally conditioned ale with tropical fruit notes and an aromatic hop character making it the ideal beer to enjoy the great outdoors, a bonfire with friends or a night out at the local pub. Brewed using Galaxy and Melba hop varieties, Pacific Pale Ale produces a fruity, easy-drinking summer style beer, with a golden straw colour and an alcohol level of 4.2%.

We really don’t need to sing praises of Coopers Brewery and their famous ales, you already know how much of a people favourite they are. Get ready for summer!
