The Face Of Carpé Diem Productions Announced

Rebecca Burgess has been announced as the Face of Carpé Diem Productions at the grand final event held at Garage Bar last night.

Over the past couple of months Carpé Diem Productions has been on the look out for the new face of their business.

They held a photo competition through their Facebook page with over 40 entrants, and then narrowed the competition down to nine finalists that competed in the grand final last night.

The nine handpicked finalists arrived to the event in style, thank you to Liebich Limousines, with their hair, make-up and fashions perfectly crafted for the parade.

The equally as glamorous audience was seated in the lovely outdoor area of the bar beside the catwalk to support their friends and family in the parade.

The parade kicked off with the finalists showing off their best summer fashions and bikini bodies, and after a short interval they displayed their elegant formal gowns and personalities during the question round.

The three high profile judges, Steve Pirone from White Rabbit, who also has an extensive knowledge of the fashion industry within Adelaide, Kylie Taylor-Williams from Kylie T Hairdressing and Grace Tohl from Muscle Sorority, were given time to compare scores before they announced Rebecca as the winner.

Rebecca has a real unique and fun style that made her stand out, and she will now be attending all of Carpé Diem’s up-coming events and also have the chance to do some catalogue, photographic and runway work.

For winning the grand final Rebecca also received some amazing prizes including $1000 cash, personal training and nutrition plan from Muscle Sorority, a hair care pack from Kylie T Hairdressing, a modeling course at Tanya Powell Modeling Agency, a photographic shoot by Oz Spiniello and a limousine ride from Liebich Limousines.

The judges also awarded Claudia Reed as second runner-up, Amalia Reed as first runner-up and Rhiannon Dišljenković was chosen as most popular contestant, and they also received cash prizes, a photographic shoot and hair care package.

Rebecca, Claudia and Amalia have already been booked to shoot for Alexis George’s glamorous new collection.

Jess Davis is the founder of Carpé Diem Productions and she explains that the idea of the competition was to not only find someone to represent her business, but to also create a new level of marketing for other businesses involved.

Jess started up her business in March this year, after returning home to Adelaide from modeling overseas and interstate for three years.

She found that Adelaide needed more work for models, photographers, hair and fashion stylists, so she created Carpé Diem Productions to make a positive impact by creating more events and pushing companies to expand their marketing horizons.
