So far you have dabbled in the Strawberry Daiquiri and been shaken up with apple martinithe Collins Margarita…

Well prepare yourself for the new ‘Big Apple’, because who needs New York anyway? Say hello to the Collins Bar Apple Martini:

Ingredients

50ml vodka
30ml apple juice
10ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup*
20ml apple cider

Method

Fill martini glass with ice
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Fill with ice and shake!
Remove ice from martini glass
Using a cocktail strainer pour into the martini glass

Are you so fancy (like Iggy)? Then maybe you want to take your Apple Martini to the next level:

*Combine equal parts water and caster sugar into saucepan and simmer until dissolved.

You can thank us later…

Now, as amazing as you all are by now at making your own cocktails at home, we know that there are some things that are better left to the professionals… Enter, the Collins Bar ‘Breakfast At Collins’ being served as part of their Martini Month. Just take a look at this recipe:

Fruit loop infused vodka + cointreau + coconut syrup + pineapple juice + fresh pressed strawberry = absolute heaven, that’s what!

Seriously, with that and 5 more mind blowing cocktails on the special and exclusive menu, what the heck are you waiting for?!

Their unique offering of splendiferous (pretty much the only word that sums them up) cocktails ends at the end of July so we suggest you scoot on in to The Collins Bar before you hate yourself for missing out!

As we sit here rejoicing that Monday is almost over, we are sad to say that there will be no Martini Monday next week but you can always get happy and reflect on the three amazing Martini Mondays that have been! You can start here with our previous stories:
