Iconic venue Carrick Hill is already well-known as a spectacular wedding and function destination, but now their food offering is stepping up a notch thanks to a new catering partnership with Blanco Catering.
It’s the perfect marriage of two companies, with hospitality icons Blanco Catering creating sensational food for both functions and the cafe from this month onwards.
Proudly South Australian, Blanco Catering champions a garden-to-plate focus, sustainable food practices and a business ethic that supports local communities, farmers and suppliers.
Their other venues include Sanctuary at Adelaide Zoo, Café ALERE at Flinders University, Botanic Gardens Restaurant, Botanic Gardens Café, Kiosk & Events, plus a range of premier, one-off hospitality events across the state.
The Carrick Hill Café is open Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. Under the new partnership with Blanco Catering, they now offer a range of bakery items and breads, open sandwiches, salads and coffee, fresh from the kitchen.
