The Foodprint Experience is the newest addition to Franklin Street, with Melissa Rayner dishing up sustainable, ethical and delicious food.

The Foodprint Experience is the newest addition to Franklin Street’s, The Joinery. Melissa Rayner, the talented woman behind the sustainable movement has finally opened her own shop front.

After delivering wholesome, nutritious and delicious food at a range of Adelaide markets, Melissa has finally opened a store for everyone to enjoy. She’s on a mission to reconnect people with the food we eat by showing where it comes from.

By demonstrating simple choices, Melissa shows the importance they have on making positive impacts on the environment.

The Foodprint Experience are permaculture based and make the effort to use native Australian ingredients including: lemon myrtle, muntrie, anise myrtle, salt bush and quandong.

They’re known to serve up local, ethical and sustainable food with a touch of native Australian twist.

You might recognise Melissa and her goodies from The Organic Market Corner Store and Plant for Bowden markets. Popular within the crowd were her famous Kangaroo burgers and Vegan nachos.

The Kangaroo burger is teamed with lemon myrtle aioli, muntrie chutney on an organic brioche. This dish showcases the sustainability of sourcing ingredients using some native Australian twist.
