On Wednesday the 12th of December, the Atrium Lounge will showcase 4 exquisite G.H Mumm champagnes which will be paired up with a decadent range of small plates made by the talents in the InterContinental Adelaide kitchen.
You’ll start with a Petit Cordon Cocktail alongside freshly shucked cocktails. Then move to Mumm Grand Cordon which is paired with tuna sashimi.
Mumm Millésimé Vintage and pulled pork sliders and Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé with raspberry mad hatter will close the masterclass.
