They’re gonna party like it’s noineteen noinety noine. As per the name, this show will leave you ‘laughing, gasping and lost for words’. Celebrating its 20th year, in Tape Face: 20 you can expect ‘mime with noise, stand-up with no talking – drama with no acting’. Haus of Yolo
What do party cabaret, live sewing and world-class circus all have in common? You can see them all when you come to watch Haus of Yolo. Head designer of fashion label HAUS of YOLO, Welt Couture, takes audiences on a ‘glitter-filled’ journey of chaos, creating garments live on stage that are then brought to life as models and acrobats, perform in them right before your eyes. A show where ‘jaw-dropping circus’, camp comedy and fashion combine to bring you ‘fast-fashion that has never been faster, funnier or riskier’.

Whilst Australian’s can normally catch her headlining I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, Spicks and Specks or even Have You Been Paying Attention, Fringe-goers now have the opportunity to see Geraldine Hickey live, in her new show A weight of my Chest. “I had breast reduction surgery, but they took them all. I didn’t want them, they were big and heavy and I wanted it to be easier to find clothes that would fit… I wanted to believe in the possibility of doing a handstand…without hitting myself in the face”.
