Good news for all the lovers of the Gilles Street Market… From October they will be open on the first and third Sunday of each month. What does the Gilles Street Market being open twice a month mean for us? Double the fashion, double the tunes, and double the great food!
Gilles Street Market is a focused fashion and accessories market only, and it provides a fantastic public platform for young South Australian designers and gives them the opportunity to develop their brands and style, plus the opportunity to reach new audiences.
There are 90 stalls of vintage, retail clearance, designer samples, and new designers all selling their wares. The market also includes live music, lots of yummy food stalls and promises a family-friendly atmosphere similar to that of the Paddington or Bondi Markets in Sydney.
These markets are right on our doorstep, and now that they’re open twice a month, we have twice as many reasons to go to them! Come and enjoy the funky atmosphere and find a bargain at the next market: Sunday 4th October, 10am – 4pm, 91 Gilles Street, Adelaide.
