The Goodwood Goddesses Have Arrived To Brighten Up Your Commute

An Adelaide street artist has given Goodwood a colourful makeover to make your commute a little less dull.

Mimby Jones Robinson, esteemed South Aussie street artist, has recently given Goodwood Tram Station a colourful makeover with two large-scale Goddess murals now complete for your viewing pleasure.
Commissioned by the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure and painted on a control box, these vibrant artworks aren’t just for show but also serve a deeper purpose – to represent the powerful and beautiful multi-cultural women of Adelaide (while also making the commute home a little less dull).

If you’re looking to catch a glimpse of these beauties (and snap a shot for your Instagram), you can find them located across from the Goodwood Tram Station on Goodwood Road.

It’s great to see more and more incredible artwork popping up around the region (such as the silo art of Eyre Peninsula) and Mimby’s artwork is another welcome addition, that truly highlights our culturally vibrant state.
