The Gov to Host ‘Sounds of Suburbia’ Music Festival

Premier live music venue The Governor Hindmarsh will play host to Adelaide's newest music festival, Sounds of Suburbia, on Saturday September 3.

With an emphasis on local talent, many of South Australia's most exciting up and coming bands will be performing, including The Shiny Brights, These Wild Animals, Smells Like September, Irie Knights, Semi Normal, Kingston Downes, and headliners The Killgirls.

Event organizer Daniel Bills says 'Sounds of Suburbia allows a collective group of local bands to play on a big stage in one of Adelaide's best live music venues, which perhaps they wouldn't be able to do independantly'.
