Another fantastic wine festival is coming to Adelaide and this writer is pumped! A good red always manages to divert those winter blues. So, get ready and dive deep into an exciting wine festival coming to the Market Shed on Holland.
On the 24 of August the upcoming Grenache Fest will showcase over 25 of South Australia’s own fantastic producers of wine where each producer will unveil their featured Grenache.
For punters who don’t actually enjoy a glass of red (how?!) there will be Craft Beer, Cider and Gin available for you to drink the winter chill away.
Expect a Gin Garden hosted by Never Never Distilling Company and a cider stall hosted by Rusty Bike from the Adelaide Hills.
A fantastic aspect about Grenache Fest is that designated drivers will be rewarded for their truly wonderful contribution to society, with a $10 entry ticket. Under eighteens are also welcome with their tickets at $10.
Standard entry ticket are $30 and get you a wine glass (for keeps).
And on the night, you get the opportunity to vote for your favourite wine, where one lucky winner will get to take home a 6 pack of their favourite Grenache. Sign us up!
The Market Shed will be filled with local SA music and host a range of vendors from Plant 4 Bowden.
