While we’re in lock down, and unable to leave the house to exercise, plenty of us are at a loss as to how we’ll keep fit, both physically and mentally.
Enter Power Living, a modern-day physical and philosophical practice offering yoga to thousands of yogis each week.
Led by locals, Tessa Leon and Triton Tunis-Mitchell, Power Living Adelaide is more than a yoga studio, it’s a social movement and powerful community.
To combat this week’s South Australian lock down, Power Living Adelaide is offering a 6-day free pass for online yoga classes for all Adelaide residents.
“We are here for you Adelaide,” they posted on their Facebook page yesterday, “Livestream classes are continuing every day. Our four leaders will take the cameras home and keep broadcasting from our homes to yours. We are here to be a pillar of support for you. Together, our vast community is strong and generous. With your support, we can share the yoga with a wider community that need our help now more than ever.”
‘6 Days For Adelaide’ is a free yoga pass that you can share with friends, family, or simply use yourself, to keep healthy and happy during lockdown 2.0.
