In 2012 , Future Music Festival continues to break new ground, delivering more international talent than ever before.

The Likes Of You represents electronic music and clubbing at its most cutting edge. Pushing the musical boundaries for the last five years in clubs throughout Australia, every March, Future Music hosts the ‘techno tent’ at festivals across the country. Take the underground approach of The Likes Of You and times it by a thousand and you get a mini techno festival within a festival, with an atmosphere that is unparalleled.

Leading the charge one of the most influential electronic artists of our time, Aphex Twin (aka Richard James) – poised to make his eagerly anticipated return to Australian shores following a 10-year hiatus. With limited performances at only the world’s top festivals this is a once in a lifetime chance to see his live show in all its glory. Leave your expectations and inhibitions at home as Aphex Twin gets set to change the way you think with his mind-bending performance.

Cocoon’s head honcho Sven Vath, Future Music Festivals very own techno mascot returns once again to steer the ship in the underground direction and he brings with him an all-star ensemble of techno royalty including Dubfire, Oliver Huntemann and Resident Advisors newly crowned Number 1 DJ, Jamie Jones who is undoubtedly hungry for the power as he gets set to make his Australian festival debut.

Adding some live action into the mix, the uber cool Azari & III return to Australia after wowing crowds with their whistle stop tour last year. Featuring the talents of Alixander, Dinamo Azari, Starving Yet Full and Fritz Hedler, their live show need to be seen to be believed, renowned to induce even the most timid dancers out of the corner they are set to get each and every one of you a little bit hot under the collar.

Last but by no means least and rounding off this impressive cast we throw a wildcard into the tent in the form of Cape Town’s trio of rap-ravers Ninja, Yo Landi Vi$$er and DJ Hi Tek otherwise known as Die Antwoord.
