What do you get when Madame Hanoi and BK Wines combine? One darn tasty wine dinner, that’s what!
Brendon Keys from BK Wines and Nic Watt, Head Chef from Madame Hanoi are two good mates who will be collaborating in the best way. The food and wine kind of way (which are obviously two of our fave things).
A beautiful four course menu showing off French-Vietnamese flavours has been specially designed by Nic to perfectly compliment four of Brendon’s incredible wines.
We’ve got our eye on the Crispy Pork Bao, green papaya, pickled cucumber, hoisin sauce served with a 2014 Gamay Le Deux Fois. Brilliant.
This is a one of those amazing collaborative events between two of the finest artists of the Adelaide food and wine industry. Really it is unmissable!
