‘Support our jobs in hospitality’ is the message from the staff within the Saturno group of hotels and Booze Brothers bottle shops.
The group has implemented new procedures following the advice from relevant authorities within each business with the community’s well-being top of mind.
Strategies for all businesses include increased frequency of cleaning, take away menus, reservations outdoors, QR code scanning for menus, in seat order and pay mechanisms, revised seating plans and limited capacity in and closing of some indoor areas as per social distancing advice. Each hotel supports local producers, wineries, distilleries, brewers and more with their product offerings in bar and menus.
Additionally, The Mile End is launching drive through take away with in app ordering, with all mains being $20. Order and pay online, then drive through the Booze Brothers bottle shop to pick up your meals and drinks. Counter to car service.
