The Mosaic Hotel has launched all-day dining on weekends and exciting new menus bringing a fresh culinary experience to West Lakes.
Available from December 13th, just in time for the festive season, the main menu features classic pub favourites, share plates, wholesome bowls, and a selection of wood-fired pizzas. Designed to satisfy cravings at any time of the day, the new food menu is joined by a rejuvenated drinks list with plenty of festive fun.

“We wanted to create a menu that fits seamlessly into our guests’ lives, offering them delicious, flexible dining options throughout the day,” shared Jeff Dickson, General Manager of the Mosaic.
“Whether you’re in for a quick drink and some shared platters with friends, or a full meal, our weekend All Day Dining Menu has you covered.”
The new menu includes dishes perfectly suited for the warmer weather. Highlights include the chicken souvlaki for $18, with lemon, rosemary & garlic marinated chicken skewers with tzatziki, the oven-baked barramundi fillet with herbed chats, salsa verde, lemon myrtle butter and petite rocket salad for $38, and the buddha bowl with brown rice, broccoli, toasted cashews, radish, kale slaw, boiled egg, black sesames and chilli lime dressing for $22. The buddha bowl is also gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly!

As for the refreshed drinks lists expect crisp whites and rosés which have been added just in time for summer. Additionally, there is an extensive collection of cocktails and a satisfying range of tap and bottled beers.
Joining the updated menus is The Short List, a curated selection of Mosaic favourites like snacks, share plates, burgers, and pizzas, available for extended hours to enjoy beyond regular dining times.
