You’ve got your perfect, staple almond croissant from Wednesday to Sunday, but the real magic happens on the weekends. Venture up on a Saturday or Sunday and chances are you’ll be surprised with some crazy OTT filled croissant flavours like:

- Apple Pie – served with vanilla bean chantilly cream and salted caramel sauce.
- Lemon Meringue – filled with lemon curd, made using organic Adelaide lemons
- Ferro Rocher
