The ‘My Dad Wrote A Porno’ World Tour Is Coming To Adelaide

The cultural phenomenon is coming to Adelaide as part of a worldwide tour!

After a successful HBO comedy special, over 180 million downloads, and a sell-out world tour, the number one award-winning hit podcast My Dad Wrote A Porno will be spreading their infectious humour throughout Australia on their 2020 World Tour.

This brand-new live show will feature Team Porno, the trio of comedic geniuses behind the podcast, including Jamie Morton, Alice Levine, and James Cooper.

Team Porno will begin their My Dad Wrote A Porno World Tour 2020 at the Sydney Opera House in January, and then continue through to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

The Australian tour will include a live reading of never-before heard material from the mind of the legendary Rocky Flintstone (aka Jamie’s father) who has written an erotic series of at least six books titled Belinda Blinked.

Instead of cringing at his dad’s creation of erotic novels, he has broadcasted it to the world – and the world loves him for it, with Hollywood fans including Dame Emma Thompson, Elijah Wood, Daisy Ridley, Nicholas Hoult, and Michael Sheen.

With a selection of rave reviews from Variety, The Guardian, and Time Magazine, My Dad Wrote A Porno has accumulated a fitting title as ‘a cultural phenomenon’ from The Sunday Times.

My Dad Wrote a Porno recently won a prestigious Webby Award for Best Comedy Podcast 2019, as well as being named Podcast Champions at this year’s British Podcast Awards for outstanding contribution to British podcasting.

Team Porno’s return to Australia for the first time in two years will feature surprises, interactive elements and a massive party atmosphere – a comedy event you would not want to miss.

Tickets for all shows go on sale at 1pm on Thursday, July 18!
