It seems there’s no end to the announcements of exciting new fooderies coming to Adelaide’s city streets, and there’s one more to get excited about. Frequency is one of the newest projects from Pinnacle PM, the geniuses behind fave local haunts like the Lady Burra Brewhouse. Joining the microbrewery just next door is Frequency, their cafe and bar project that has a distinct aroma of great coffee and vintage vinyl goodness.
The project is still in its initial stage, but Pinnacle were kind enough to share some of the design renders with us, and it looks pretty amazing, you guys.
Frequency will be a very versatile operation, serving first-rate coffee and brekkie-on-the-go (or dining in for those with more time to hand) to the city morning work crowd. They’re really going the whole mile too, and in keeping with the vinyl theme, there will be a DJ spinning chilled ambient tracks to get your mind right in the a.m.
Then at night, Frequency will shed its more composed daytime feel to become a vibrant cocktail bar serving delicious hand-crafted creations (three words: Spiked. Milkshake. Cocktails.) and delectable desserts. Of course, they’re keeping things neighbourly by serving Lady Burra Brewhouse beers as well.
