The Parade Norwood Launches New Brand

The new logo, brand and website for The Parade, Norwood, was unveiled at an event held in the Mayor’s Parlour at the Norwood Town Hall on Wednesday.

Renowned for its vibrant cosmopolitan atmosphere and diverse mix of retail and services, the contemporary new logo, brand and website exudes the character and atmosphere of The Parade, Norwood – liveliness, culture, style, sophistication and ‘sense of place’.

City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters Mayor, Robert Bria, said that unveiling of the new logo, brand and website, is an important milestone.

“This significant rebranding project has resulted in a contemporary ‘new look’ for The Parade which captures the vibrancy, diversity, uniqueness and overall experience of this premier mainstreet destination,” said Mayor Bria.

“Implementation of the new brand will ensure that The Parade, Norwood can maintain its positioning in the competitive retail market, through effective marketing to consumers, businesses and the wider community,” he said.

“This is an exciting time for The Parade, with a number of significant projects to be undertaken over the coming months,” said Mayor Bria.

“The Parade will host major events such as ‘Norwood Place Parades on Norwood Parade’ as part of the Adelaide Fashion Festival in October, the much-loved Norwood Christmas Pageant in November and the Stage 3 Start of the 2015 Santos Tour Down Under in January.

“In addition to the implementation of the new brand and website, other upcoming initiatives include the installation of Entry Statements, street decorations, preparation of The Parade Masterplan and new clubrooms and Members facilities at Norwood Oval,” he said.
