The Perfect Paella, Petaluma Wines & Tunes At Crush Festival This Weekend

Critically acclaimed Adelaide Central Market stall, Comida, is bringing their mind-blowing food to Petaluma this weekend.

If you’re one of the many Adelaide foodies, who are drawn to incredible culinary experiences, like pigs to truffles, you may have heard of the infamous food reviewer John Lethlean from The Australian. Giving us guidance on all things gourmet and beyond, John has a reputation for being an outspoken critic on the South Australian food scene. Getting praise from John is no easy feat, so when he titled a piece on Adelaide Central Market food vendor Comida, as The Perfect Stall, you know it’s worth sitting up and taking note. Basically, the food is honest and incredible, and if you haven’t enjoy one of the many spanish dishes Comida is known for, such as their Paella, you’re missing out.

Comida Catering Co is run by husband and wife team Brad & Fiona Sappenberghs. Brad is a qualified chef and has been leading the way in top Adelaide restaurants and overseas for over 10 years. His passion for Spanish food has grown over the years and it was whilst holidaying together in Madrid a few years ago that Brad and Fiona decided to bring some Spanish love back to Adelaide. Beginning with their catering company in 2012 and now their café at Stall 11 in the Adelaide Central Market, Comida is fast becoming one of the most popular eateries in the city.

This weekend however, Comida are taking their show on the road, hitting the Crush Festival in the Adelaide Hills. Bringing their famous paella to Petaluma (among other delicious options), it’s certainly giving food & wine lovers an easy choice of destination.
