Not according to Mismatch Brewing Company.
The craft brewery, located at Lot 100, today revealed the incoming of Pizza Beer.
The new variation was born out of Lot 100’s pizza dough, left over as a result of COVID-19 restrictions halting the dine-in trade.
The Mismatch team baked off the leftover dough in the pizza oven and added it to the malt bill, creating a classic, Italian inspired lager.
The Pizza Beer will be available from local Mismatch stockists from June 22.
