New luxurious Riverland cliff top accommodation River Vista, opens for bookings

Set atop a cliff, enjoy the River Vista’s welcoming accomodation and luxury fit out, complete with fire pit, freestanding stone tub, and incredible river views.

The Riverland’s newest boutique luxury accommodation offering is now open for bookings.

The River Vista is a 2 bedroom cottage that redefines what it means to experience luxury in the Riverland: it’s
river style, reinvented.

Set atop a cliff and boasting 180 degree views of Spring Cart Gully, the boutique accommodation is perfectly
placed between the popular Riverland towns of Renmark and Berri, and is ready to service the increasing
demand for intrastate travel options for South Australians.

The new AirBnB isn’t just somewhere to stay, it’s a whole Riverland experience. With local produce and
championing local experiences at the forefront of everything they offer, a night at The River Vista could include a
delicious produce platter & locally made gin or wine; a night under the starry sky, cosy in the sunken Cliffside
fire pit; a soak in the freestanding, stone bath-tub; and the best sleep of your life, wrapped in the most
delicious, pure linen.

In the 2030 Riverland Tourism Plan – the under activation of key experiences was identified as an area for
improvement, and for high value visitors, access to Murray River experiences and personalised food, wine and beverage experiences can be a challenge.

The River Vista is here to change that – allowing guests to immerse themselves in an authentic Riverland experience, without compromising on style or aesthetic. As part of the experience package – of which guests can select as much or as little as they like – visitors at the BnB can access private aircraft charters and scenic flights, remote river-side picnic dinners by boat, Cliffside personal training and Pilates, and even an in-house chef on request.

The colours from the ochre cliffs and rich Riverland soil are drawn inside, creating a warm, earthy sanctuary for visitors to feel at one with the surroundings. With high-end finishes and purposefully selected interiors, The River Vista offers guests an unprecedented Riverland experience, in one of South Australia’s most historic and picturesque locations.

The now thoughtfully renovated cottage was once a Riverland and Mallee radio station – 5RM, which was selected due to the high point of the clifftop location. In November 1935, the station broadcast for the first time, with its signal matching the quality of Sydney commercial stations – and the new station was even heard on the West Gate Bridge in Melbourne, Victoria!

The River Vista can include as many or as little luxuries as you like – all encapsulated by the ultimate luxury: the Murray River flowing past below.
