With gyms having now officially closed in response to COVID-19, many fitness businesses are turning to online workouts and training apps.
We’ve put together a list of some of the South Australian businesses offering online workouts that’ll help you keep active from home.

This app allows you to train from home alongside some of the fitness industry’s leading personal trainers, including Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells and Chontel Duncan.
Daily exercise and meal plans can be accessed via the website and you can even email to receive exclusive video workout routines.
