The SA venues acknowledged in this year’s Eat Drink Design Awards

The Eat Drink Design Awards recognise excellent in design for new projects, and are the only program in Australia dedicated to this area.

The annual Eat Drink Design Awards are a chance to applaud innovation and excellence in the design of hospitality venues.

The shortlist for the 2020 awards has been revealed, with four South Australian venues included.

Adelaide’s Leigh Street Wine Room and The Guardsman, both designed by the ever-popular Studio-Gram, were acknowledged in the shortlist for Best Bar Design.

Local representatives in the Best Restaurant Design category include Fino Vino (Studio-Gram) and Madre (RADS with Voice Design).

Best Cafe Design gave a nod to Part Time Lover, with the fit out completed by Sans-Arc Studio.

Best Identity Design again acknowledged Part Time Lover, and The Guardsman.

The awards, endorsed by the Australian Institute of Architects and the Design Institute of Australia, recognise excellent in design for new projects, and are the only program in Australia dedicated to this area.
