As July approaches, so does the Dry July challenge, which encourages you to go alcohol-free for a month, while raising funds for cancer patients and their families across Australia. The money raised goes towards cancer support organisations, improving patient comfort, care, and overall wellbeing.

By taking part in the challenge, you’ll not only be helping others, but helping yourself too. Taking a break from alcohol for a month has heaps of health benefits, like better sleep, increased energy levels, and of course, avoiding hangovers and the dreaded Sunday scaries.

Punch Bottleshop & Bar is launching a canned mocktail this July to promote, encourage and support non-alcoholic cocktail consumption. They are also working with the ADF to donate a portion of profits from mocktail sales during July. Each canned mocktail is priced at $4.50, with a four-pack available for $18 and a case of 16 for $59.
