The Stag Is Transforming Into A Playground Of Wine For One Weekend Only

Wine Playground 2020 is bringing 36 winemakers with over 120 different wines to an exclusive party at The Stag Public House.

As restrictions in Adelaide continue to lift, it’s time to start planning your spring schedule.

The talented team behind The Fruitful Pursuit are once again hosting an intimate event for wine enthusiasts and the aspiring sommeliers of Adelaide.

Wine Playground 2020 is bringing 36 winemakers with over 120 different wines to an exclusive party at The Stag Public House.

The event is being held over the course of the first weekend in September and will feature an eclectic mix of South Australian wines.

Expect some of the best small-batch, handcrafted wines with minimal interventions from South Australian wine drivers such as Moorak, Charlotte Dalton, Basket Range, Gentle Folk, Unico Zelo and CRFT.

A testament to The Fruitful Pursuit philosophy which brings together people who endeavour to bring a unique and forward-thinking approach to wine, the event will have guest speakers informing the masses about current winemaking trends and the state of the industry.

The event will also showcase pizza by Adelaide’s very own Anchovy Bandits, and smooth dancefloor melodies by the guys at Skin Contact and Oisima.

Steven Ter Horst chocolate and Section 28 artisanal cheeses will be supplying all your pairing necessities. And in addition to the tastings, guests will also have the opportunity to purchase any of the wines they like thanks to Big Easy Drinks.

Due to the current restrictions, this event is limited to a maximum of 150 people per day, so we suggest grabbing tickets ASAP.
