The ultimate bottomless Bollinger Brunch is coming to Adelaide for World Champagne Day celebrations

This October, Adelaide’s Strathmore Hotel’s Verandah Bar is celebrating all things champagne, with a series of gorgeous offers and experiences that are worth raising your glass to.

Timed in conjunction with the global celebration of World Champagne Day, you’ll be able to enjoy Bolli by the glass, Bollinger tastings, and The Strathmore’s pinnacle event – the Bottomless Bollinger Brunch.

The unique brunch is set to take place on Sunday October 20th from 11am. With limited places available, it is sure to fill fast and promises an exceptional three-hour experience. Beneath the beautiful skies of Adelaide, set amidst the picturesque scenery of North Terrace, guests will enjoy canape brunch nestled high amidst London Plane trees, enjoying Bollinger Champagne—a drink long associated with sophistication and luxury, and DJ Phoebe Snow providing the soundtrack to the day.

Meg Daniel from The Strathmore says, “We wanted to spoil people by offering something different with Bollinger—a fun, indulgent experience where people can come together to enjoy something a little bit fancy. The Strathmore is known as a meeting place, so we want to keep creating unique and memorable moments and experiences for people to celebrate sociability.”

And for those who may prefer a local flavour, a Bottomless Bubbly package featuring Australian bubbles is also available, ensuring all preferences are catered to.

Bollinger are also providing tastings on official World Champagne Day, Friday October 25th on the Verandah Bar, with Bollinger by the glass available throughout October.

These experiences resonate with the historic charm of Bollinger Champagne, as once remarked by Madame Elisabeth Bollinger in 1961: “I drink it when I’m happy and when I’m sad.
